Go to the Axis Bank website and click on the "Apply for a Credit Card" tab.
Select the "Signature Credit Card with Lifestyle Benefits" from the list of cards.
Enter your personal details, such as your name, address, and contact information.
Enter your income and employment details.
Upload your PAN card, photograph, and address proof.
Submit your application.
An Axis Bank representative will contact you to verify your details and approve your application. Once your application is approved, you will receive your card in the mail within 7-10 days.
