Go to the Yes Bank website and click on the "Apply for Credit Card" tab.
Select the "Yes Bank Prosperity Reward Plus Credit Card" from the list of cards.
Enter your personal details, such as your name, address, and contact information.
Enter your employment details, such as your employer's name and your salary.
Upload a scanned copy of your PAN card and a recent passport-sized photograph.
Click on the "Submit" button to complete your application.
